The bright holiday apartment on the first floor offers space for up to four people and is located just 300 metres from the gravel beach. It has two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms, one of them en suite with a bathtub, the other with a shower.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove (4 hobs), oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, sink, dishwasher, kettle, cooking utensils as well as crockery and cutlery. A dining table for six people and a sofa bed in the living area provide additional comfort. Air conditioning in the living and sleeping areas guarantees pleasant temperatures.
From the covered balcony, you can enjoy sea views, which is furnished with a table and chairs. Separate access, bed linen and towels are provided. Parking is available directly at the property. Pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited.
The environment offers numerous leisure activities: water sports, sailing, windsurfing, swimming, diving, snorkelling, as well as boat and kayak rental. Restaurants, supermarkets, medical facilities, and the town centre are located in the immediate vicinity.
Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, registration and deregistration fees, bedding, towels, electricity, water, gas, internet (Wi-Fi) and kitchen towels. Heating can be used for an additional charge.
