This family-friendly house by the sea extends over three floors and is located just a few steps from the LUNA restaurant. The holiday apartment on the ground floor offers space for up to five people and features a large, spacious courtyard as well as a parking space directly on the property. From the 11 m² terrace, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea.
The accommodation comprises two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and its own balcony, another bedroom with two single beds and an additional bed, also with its own balcony. The rooms are completely darkened and offer comfort for restful nights.
The open living and dining room is air-conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV, a sofa bed, a dining table for six people, and a fully equipped kitchen. Here you will find a refrigerator, freezer compartment, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and cooking utensils. The bathroom offers a bathtub, toilet, bidet, washbasin, hairdryer, and washing machine.
Pets up to 10 kg are allowed (maximum 3), smoking is permitted. Bedding, towels, iron and vacuum cleaner are available.
The location is ideal for a beach holiday, family holiday or relaxation directly by the sea. Restaurants, supermarkets and the city centre are located in the immediate vicinity. The airport is approximately 100 km away.
Leisure activities in the area include water sports, boat trips, pedal boating, jet skiing, banana boat rides, water tubing, swimming, sports fields, basketball, football, and child-friendly leisure offerings.
