The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, and a furnished balcony with sea view. Pets are allowed.
The outdoor area includes courtyard/garden use, barbecue facilities, sun terrace and outdoor shower. Bed linen, towels, iron and vacuum cleaner are available.

Goranas place was very quiet, clear and private. The location was perfect, it was close to everything (restaurants, bars, store). We had the best time there, the sea in front of the house is very clear and warm!

Wir haben eine Woche in der Wohnung in Tribunj gewohnt. Eine traumhafte Lage! Top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, vom Wasseranschluss auf der Terrasse bis zur Küchenrolle ist alles vorhanden was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Sehr saubere Wohnung. see more
Wir haben eine Woche in der Wohnung in Tribunj gewohnt. Eine traumhafte Lage! Top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, vom Wasseranschluss auf der Terrasse bis zur Küchenrolle ist alles vorhanden was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Sehr saubere Wohnung.
Oben wohnt nicht der Vermieter, sondern ein Teil der Familie, was die Privatsphäre etwas schmälert, die waren aber durchweg nett und zuvorkommend! Auch sollte man wissen, das unter der Terrasse der Fußgängerweg ins Zentrum führt, unter der Terrasse herrscht also reges Treiben, das schon früh anfängt und erst spät aufhört. Der Ort Tribunj ist definitiv eine Reise wert, über einen vierminütigen Fußweg erreicht man auf einem Hügel eine kleine Kirche, von dort hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Hafen. Wir hatten dank dieser Ferienwohnung eine tolle Zeit in Kroatien! Vielen Dank! |

Die Sauberkeit lässt wirklich sehr zu wünschen übrig. Der Kühlschrank hatte noch diverse Krümel des Vorgängers inne, es waren auch im Bad noch Haare etc zu finden.

Der Hof ist zwar relativ groß, allerdings sind in dem Haus 3 Appartements die vermietet werden. Da zu Beginn alle Gästen große Autos hatten (2 mal Kombi und einmal Minivan) war das Parken ein Problem. Wir konnten nur raus fahren, wenn die andren Gäste zuvor raus fahren und waren so immer von anderden abhängig. Der Onkel der Vermieterin wohnt im Haus. Er ist sehr freundlich und es gab keine Probleme. Der Ausblick von der Terasse ist wirklich wundervoll! Die Lage direkt am Meer lässt vollkommene Erholung zu. Man ist schnell im Dorf und es gibt dort alles was man benötigt. Das Dorf ist sehr schön! Leider ist dort kein Privatstrand wie auf den Bildern. Es wurde von städtischer Seite ein Steg gebaut. Dort laufen dementschprechend Leute und es baden natürlich auch Leute auf der Fläche. Abends ist es dann auch mal lauter, da dort die Leute vom Dorf nach Hause laufen. Der Einstieg ist aber trotzdem flach möglich. Es laufen allerdings auch oft Leute von anderen Appartments in der Straße über das Grundstück zum Wasser. Somit ist man auf der Terasse nicht wirklich ungestört, da dort die Leute vorbeilaufen um zur Treppe zu gelangen. Es ist also nicht so ganz für sich, wie wir uns das gewünscht hätten. |

Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber funktionell eingerichtet, komplett ausgestattet mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine sowie allen Vewrbrauchsmaterialien.
Die Terasse geht über die gesammte Breite der Wohnung, also ca 30m2. Über der Tischgruppe ist ein funktionierender Sonnenschutz. Der Vermieter, welcher im Haus wohnt, ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und immer für ein lockeres Gespräch da. Leider hat die Stadt Tribunj im Frühjahr einen durchgehenden Betonsteg zwischen Terasse und Wasser errichtet, so dass jeden Tag Unmengen von Leuten bis spät in die Nacht an der Terasse vorbeispazieren. Die Altstadt von Tribunji ist schnell erreicht und bei weitem nicht so überlaufen wie der Nachbarort Vodice. Die Preise sind auch in der ersten Reihe, direkt am Wasser nicht überzogen. |
