Description
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The old beautiful house is located in Istria in the resort of Umag and is only about 100m from the sea.
Here are rented 2 apartments for 3-5 persons. The apartments have free Wi-Fi internet access, private parking, satellite TV, a kitchen and a private bathroom.
The house offers its guests a yard / garden use, a barbecue, an outdoor shower, a summer kitchen and a lawn.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Pet are allowed.
Old building nearby (100m) of "our" beach. It is located in a quiet and green environment, ideal for families with children, because there is shallow and sandy sea. At 200m there are two markets (Kaufland and Plodine), and on the public beach (150m) is the beach bar. The town center is 1km away. Interior in wood, are air conditioning and ceillin fans. In front of the house there is a covered parking lot, and we also have a bicycle facility.

Fewo war in Ordnung, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber grundsätzlich in dieser Preisklasse in Ordnung.
Störend waren die beiden Hunde des Nachbarn welche Nachts mitunter längere Zeit durchweg angeschlagen haben.

Fewo war in Ordnung, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber grundsätzlich in dieser Preisklasse in Ordnung.
Störend waren die beiden Hunde des Nachbarn welche Nachts mitunter längere Zeit durchweg angeschlagen haben. Meer direkt aus dem Garten heraus erreichbar. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns immer geholfen. Umag ist auch im Winter schön, Restaurants geöffnet und gute Preise. |
