The ground floor apartment is approx. 35 m² in size and features a 20 m² terrace with balcony furniture and direct access to the garden. The air-conditioned living kitchen offers an electric cooker, microwave, sink, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine as well as sufficient crockery and cutlery. A dining table for three people rounds off the area. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a single bed and is air-conditioned. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and WC.
