The holiday apartment offers space for up to four guests on 41 m² and has two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower. The open living and cooking area is equipped with a 2-plate cooker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster and all cooking utensils. The living area is furnished with satellite TV, air conditioning, internet access, a two-seater sofa, armchair and a sofa bed.
The 18 m² large, covered terrace with south orientation offers sea view, sun loungers and a dining table for relaxed hours outdoors.
The apartment building has a pool, a well-maintained garden with a lawn and sun loungers, a barbecue area by arrangement, and a private parking space. Pets are not allowed. A communally usable washing machine can be used for a fee.
To the gravel beach it is around 450 metres, shopping facilities are already available after 150 metres, and the old town of Vodice is located just 2 kilometres away. In the surrounding area, water sports, boat trips, diving, cycling and other leisure activities can be undertaken, and national parks, museums and wineries also invite excursions.

Die Außenanlage, der Pool und der Balkon waren sehr schön.

Die Klimaanlage, lediglich eine in der Wohnung, die über dem einen Schlafzimmer montiert ist, war ziemlich laut. Auch die außenmontierten Klimaendgeräte waren direkt neben dem einen Schlafzimmer montiert. Leider hat die Küche keinen Backofen. Die angegebene Waschmaschine, hätte pro Nutzung 5€ gekostet. Das Bad, insbesondere die Dusche, müsste erneut werden, da das Wasser an der Duschabtrennung durch geflossen ist. Das Haus allgemein, war ziemlich hellhörig. Ans Meer zu Fuß waren es fünf Minuten, das war top.
