The holiday apartment is located in a modern apartment building in Vodice on the Sibenik Riviera. The house comprises 11 rental units for 2-6 people across four floors and is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the town, 15-20 minutes from the town centre.
The apartment is designed for up to 4 persons and has two bedrooms with double beds (one with an additional auxiliary bed), an open living and cooking area, and a separate living area with satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, cookware and dishes. Air conditioning, internet access and heating are available. A sofa bed in the living area optionally provides space for an additional person.
The 18 m² terrace with a south-facing orientation is partially covered, offers a sea view and is equipped with a table, chairs, sun lounger and clothes horse.
The apartment building offers a pool, a garden with a sunbathing lawn, shade, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area. A private parking space per apartment is available, pets are not permitted. A communal washing machine can be used for a fee.
Beach and sea are approximately 450 metres away, shopping facilities are 50 metres away, and the centre of Vodice is around 1.4 km. The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities: water sports, diving, cycling, excursions to nature and national parks, as well as cultural attractions.

Die Wohnung, der Pool und das Grundstück waren sauber. Die Begrüßung war freundlich, aber nicht wie in der Beschreibung auf Deutsch möglich, sondern nur auf Englisch. Die Angabe der Telefonnummern war irreführend, konnte aber vor Ort geklärt werden.Küche und Wohnraum waren für uns sehr beengt und schon für 3 Personen, auch zum Kochen, leider viel zu klein. Was uns sehr gefehlt hat, waren Kleiderharken für Jacken, Platz für Schuhe und eine Kommode oder ein leerer Schrank zum Unterbringen von Lebensmitteln. Wir mussten den Tisch in der Küche nutzen. Der große Balkon mit der herrlichen Aussicht hat uns aber schlussendlich darüber hinweggetröstet.Infos z.b. bezüglich Müll oder Broschüren für Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten gab es leider auch kaum. Die Zeit am Pool war aber super erholsam und der Ort hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Zusammengefasst hatten wir trotz ein paar Startschwierigkeiten eine gute Zeit. Das nächste Mal würden wir uns jedoch eine größere Unterkunft suchen.

Majitelé byli moc příjemní a ochotni. Vše bylo v naprostém pořádku a moc rádi se opět vrátíme. Pro rodinu s dětmi je to úžasné místo na okraji města.

Wir hatten eine toll eingerichtete Wohnung ,einen großen Balkon und einen schönen Pool mit Liegen und Auflagen.
Der Platz in Küche u ""Aufenthaltsraum"" war sehr begrenzt was bei gutem Wetter kein Problem darstellte.
Es waren nur 5 Minuten zu Fusee more

Es waren nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bäcker Die nah gelegene schöne Innenstadt bietet alles was man braucht und lud zum Bummeln u verweilen ein. Am Meer gab es reichlich Angebote für die Kinder, wie Trampolin, E- Roller, Wasser- Hüpfburg |

Schöne Wohnung mit großem Balkon. Wenn es an etwas fehlte, dann an Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen und an einer kalkfreien Kaffeemaschine, aber wir waren sehr zufrieden. Vodice ist nicht der schönste Ort in der Gegend und die Lage nicht direkt am Strand.see more
Schöne Wohnung mit großem Balkon. Wenn es an etwas fehlte, dann an Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen und an einer kalkfreien Kaffeemaschine, aber wir waren sehr zufrieden. Vodice ist nicht der schönste Ort in der Gegend und die Lage nicht direkt am Strand. Dafür hat man eine gute Ausgangsbasis für Touren nach Zadar, Sibenik, Split und den Krka-Nationalpark sowie zur Zrmanja-Schlucht. Wir können daher die Wohnung nur empfehlen.
