The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric cooker, filter coffee machine, kettle and all necessary cooking and dining utensils. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional space for an additional person. All bedrooms have double beds, bedside tables, chests of drawers, wardrobes, mirrors and complete darkening.
The 8 m² covered terrace facing south is furnished, offers a parasol and direct access to the garden. Here you can enjoy the sun, relax or barbecue. A private parking space is available directly at the property.
The location is calm and green, with restaurants, supermarkets, and the city centre just a few minutes' walk away. The sea is approximately 300 metres away, with fine-gravelled beaches, rocky sections, and concreted plateaus.
