PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

This very well maintained property is located in a quiet cottage area directly by the sea in one of the most popular resorts in Croatia - Vodice. Vodice is located on the Riviera Sibenik, only about 15 km northwest of the city of Sibenik and its numerous attractions.

The 2-storey holiday house offers on the 1st floor two comfortable apartments for 4 or 7 persons. Both apartments are air-conditioned, have satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet and a large south-facing terrace with views of the sea, which is less than 100m away. Between the house and the beach is just a meadow and a few trees. No other houses are disturbing in between. On the ground floor of the house is a small supermarket and a beach cafe that the friendly landlord operate himself. However, with disturbances of the night's sleep is not to be expected that the Cafe already closes around 22:00 clock.

The nearest beautiful pebble beach called "Plava Plaza" (Blue Beach) is one of the top beaches in Croatia and is blessed with sandy sections, which makes it ideal for children, especially as the water depth gradually increases. On the beach there is a variety of water sports and other restaurants, ice cream shops, water sports rentals and the like. The promenade runs through the entire town along the seashore and is lined with shady trees and benches at regular intervals. There is also a miniature golf course here.

The friendly landlords speak excellent German and are at your guests' disposal for any questions and suggestions. In addition, there are good relations with a local agency that organizes trekking and hiking tours in the beautiful hinterland of the region. (Caving, climbing, etc). A barbecue is available. Bicycles are available on request. Wine and schnapps as well as cheese and honey are even from our own production.

You can wash your clothes in the communal washing machine located in the stairwell. Pets can be brought on request.

The harbor or old town center with its diverse range in the areas of food, catering, banks, agencies, ice cream parlors, clothing stores and the like, is only 700 meters away and can be easily reached in 10 minutes on foot.

In the living area, a sofa bed and a sleeping armchair are available.
