PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The recently renovated holiday home offers 3 apartments for 3 - 6 persons. It is located in a relatively quiet residential area in the famous resort "Vodice" on the "Riviera Sibenik" in northern Dalmatia. The house has a large private car park and a fruit and vegetable garden. In addition, the garden shines with neat Mediterranean ornamental plants, hedges, palm trees and shrubs that give the property a cozy touch. The friendly landlords also sell olive oil, brandy and wine from our own production. A special feature of the house is certainly the lively motorboat which can be rented on a daily or weekly basis, on request even with an experienced skipper. Here are a few details about the boat: Length: 5.90 m, Engine and power: 135 hp, Number of passengers: 6, Additional equipment: Sunroof, Radio Cd / MP3, Shower. Just around the corner there is a small supermarket where you get everything necessary. The nearest beach is about 250m away, and all other touristy points of interest, such as restaurant, cafe, doctor, pharmacy, ATM and the like are located within easy walking distance, so that your car i.d.R. You can confidently stand in the parking lot while you enjoy your holiday.
