The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, filter coffee machine and dining table.
The spacious terrace with sea view is partially covered and offers lounge furniture, sun loungers, a private jacuzzi and an outdoor grill. The terrace borders a well-maintained lawn area and invites you to relax and enjoy the sun. A safe, a washing machine, bed linen and towels are available.
The apartment is ideally suited for couples, families, or small groups seeking relaxation, proximity to the beach, and upscale comfort. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted.
Just 100 metres away, you will reach the sea, 200 metres away are sandy and rocky beaches with beach bars. Restaurants are located 50 metres away, a bakery is 100 metres away. The centre of Umag is approximately 3 kilometres away.
