This cosy holiday apartment is located in the small fishing village of Zavala on the south side of the island of Hvar – just about 150 metres from the sea. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, vineyards and the scent of lavender, it offers the best conditions for a relaxing holiday in the midst of unspoilt nature. The location is ideal for guests seeking peace and authenticity, while also appreciating proximity to popular places like Jelsa (6 km), Stari Grad (15 km) or the town of Hvar (35 km).
The 64 m² ground-floor holiday apartment is modern and offers space for up to five people. It has two bright bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower, WC, washing machine and hairdryer, as well as an open living area with sofa bed, dining table and well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen equipment includes a cooker with four hobs, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine and all necessary cooking and eating utensils.
A highlight is the large, partially covered terrace (40 m²) with sea view. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers, lounge furniture, and a parasol and offers the perfect place for relaxed hours outdoors. A private outdoor grill is also available.
The additional equipment includes air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a hi-fi system, bed linen, and towels. A baby bed can be provided upon request. Pets are welcome (for a fee, maximum three). Two private parking spaces are located directly at the house.
The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with plenty of greenery and offers an ideal starting point for a beach holiday, family vacation, or romantic days for two. The nearest gravel beach is only 150 metres away and easily accessible on foot. Within a few minutes' walk, you will find a supermarket, a bakery, a restaurant, and a café.
