This cosy holiday apartment is located in a well-maintained house with a total of five residential units, only about 70 metres from the sea. It is situated on the first floor and offers space for up to four people on around 45 m² – ideal for families, couples or small groups of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday on the Adriatic coast.
The accommodation features two separate bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, TV, and wardrobe. Both bedrooms are equipped with insect screens and can be completely darkened - perfect for a restful sleep. Two modern bathrooms, one of which is en suite, each offer a shower, toilet, and washbasin.
The combined living and dining area is bright and friendly furnished. In the well-equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need for self-catering: refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, cooker, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. A dining table for four people invites you to shared meals or cosy evenings.
From the living area, you can access the covered balcony, which is oriented towards the south and equipped with a table, chairs, and a private grill. Here you can enjoy meals outdoors or let the evening fade away with a glass of wine.
The house is surrounded by a completely fenced property with a 450 m² garden that offers its guests shade, an outdoor shower with hot water, and a traditional barbecue hut (Komin). Additionally, guests have access to three sun-protected parking spaces directly next to the house.
The hosts live in the property themselves and are always helpful when questions arise. WiFi, air conditioning, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price. The tourist tax will be paid on site.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find everything you need for a carefree stay: a restaurant, a bakery, a supermarket and a café are located just about 50 metres away.
