Welcome to our charming holiday apartment in Bašanija, a perfect retreat for families and small groups!
This cosy home accommodates up to 6 people and features two comfortable bedrooms with a total of 4 beds - including a double bed, a sofa bed, and two single beds. The accommodation is ideal for couples, families, or small groups of friends.
An absolute highlight is the shared swimming pool, promising refreshment and fun for all guests. The outdoor area invites relaxation with a beautiful garden, garden furniture, terrace, and balcony. Barbecue enthusiasts will appreciate the grilling facilities.
The house is modernly equipped with air conditioning, central heating, and Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen with a stove offers everything a cooking heart desires - from refrigerator and freezer to coffee machine and dishwasher.
With two bathrooms - one with a shower, the other with a bathtub - we ensure maximum comfort. A private parking space directly at the house completes the offer.
The location is perfect: only 300 metres from the town centre, supermarket, and bus stop. A stone's throw from the beach and ideal for families with children. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

It's still a tourist village, for real supermarkets and a bit more you have to travel to Umag of course (e.g. if you want to do a bit more laundry). But we all know this beforehand, right? Also keep in mind that the Villa has six appartments, so ysee more

- Eine Grundreinigung wurde schon länger nicht mehr gemacht. Unter den Betten, in den Ecken waren Staub und Spinnweben, die da auf jeden Fall schon länger waren.
Die tägliche Reinigung und auch die Reinigungsdame hat gut gepasst und war bemüht.

Die tägliche Reinigung und auch die Reinigungsdame hat gut gepasst und war bemüht. - Die Ausstattung in der Wohnung war ok, es könnte aber für 5 Personen mehr als ein 6er Set an Besteck und Geschirr geben. Kleinigkeiten, die das Ferienleben erleichtern würden, fehlen leider. Wie im oberen Bad ein Duschvorhang und Haken für die Handtücher. - Wir haben für 5 Personen gebucht, es gab aber nur 4 Betten. + Das Haus und die Wohnung sind sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll gebaut. Das sieht und merkt man von außen und innen! Die Wohnung bietet wirklich ausreichend Platz auf zwei Etagen. + Die große Terrasse ist super! + Auf Anfragen von uns wurde sofort und kompetent reagiert. (Safe funktionierte nicht, wurde innerhalb von 2 Tagen getauscht), Der Pool ist sehr schön und sauber. Mit Kind war der Pool enorm wichtig! |

We had a great stay in Bašanija with a wonderful apartment, pool and surroundings, incl. 10 min. walk to a small sand beach. The whole family enjoyed this summer vaction and will surly return someday!

Super nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.
Die Villa ist sehr schick.
Die Wohnung ist groß, komfortabel und wurde auch jeden Tag geputzt.
Der Pool ist einfach klasse- nicht nur für Kinder :-)
Wer nicht gerne selbst kocht im Urlaub, es gibt ein grsee more

Die Villa ist sehr schick. Die Wohnung ist groß, komfortabel und wurde auch jeden Tag geputzt. Der Pool ist einfach klasse- nicht nur für Kinder :-) Wer nicht gerne selbst kocht im Urlaub, es gibt ein großes Angebot an Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Die Villa ist in einem ruhigen Ort. Das Meer ist nur paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Stadt Umag und viele andere Attraktionen sind auch in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. |
