This cosy apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained holiday home with a pool in Dramalj and offers space for two people and an additional child. With around 35 m² of living space, a separate bedroom and a combined living and dining area with a kitchen, it is the ideal accommodation for couples or small families who want to spend a relaxing holiday on the Croatian Adriatic coast.
The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, while a sofa bed is available in the living area. From the light-flooded dining area, you can directly access the private balcony, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Here you can start the day with breakfast in the fresh air or let the evening sunset fade away. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette, air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi, and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are of course provided.
The outdoor area of the house offers many amenities that make your stay even more relaxing. You have access to a spacious pool with a sun terrace, loungers, and umbrellas. In the garden, there are seating options as well as a barbecue area, and for children, a playground with a slide, swing, and sandpit is available.
The location of the apartment is ideal: The sea and a pebble beach are only about 300 metres away, a sandy beach is located approximately 3 kilometres away. Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung mit einem sehr netten, nicht aufdringlichen, Gastgeber. Auch die Außenanlage ist sehr schön, mit Pool (wie beschrieben), Basketballkorb, Grill, schönem Sitzbereich und sogar einer Hundehütte im eingezäunten Bereich. Hier see more
