The separate bungalow is located in the well-maintained courtyard of a small, private holiday estate and offers you peace, privacy and at the same time proximity to all important points of the holiday destination.
On approximately 45 m² of living space, you can expect a comfortably equipped accommodation that is ideal for couples or solo travellers. The apartment features a cosy bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine, as well as an open-plan living and kitchen area with a dishwasher, air conditioning and all the comfort needed for daily requirements. The covered terrace invites you to linger in the shade - perfect for relaxed hours with a glass of wine or a book.
The bungalow is part of a small, family-run property with a total of three units. The shared barbecue terrace in the garden, the fully enclosed outdoor area, and a private parking space in the courtyard are available to you. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for other guests.
The next sea access is only about 50 metres away. There, a quiet coastal section with a rocky entry and paved sunbathing areas awaits you - ideal for sunbathing. Only about 100 metres away, you will also find a fine pebble beach that is particularly suitable for children.
In the town itself, there are restaurants, cafés, a small supermarket, and a children's playground - all within walking distance. For larger errands or excursions, a visit to Rogoznica, located 12 km away, is recommended, where you will find, among other things, a pharmacy, post office, bank, market, and a modern yacht harbour.
Whether swimming, snorkelling, walking or simply relaxing – this bungalow is the ideal starting point for your relaxing holiday on the Dalmatian coast.
