Beautiful recently renovated holiday cottage with large covered terrace located in the famous resort of "Bol" on the island of Brac, surrounded by 10,000 m² of lush olive groves with breathtaking views of the sea and the opposite island of Hvar. The property is completely fenced, so that dogs can walk around freely. The ground floor house can max. Accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. The air-conditioned living area offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining table, flat screen TV with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi. Somewhat separated is a double bed and in a separate bedroom the bunk bed for the children. The large, partly covered terrace offers a large outdoor grill, a summer kitchen with washing machine, and a great all-round panoramic view of the sea, the island and mountains. From here, a narrow, well-navigable dirt road leads directly to the house, which is located far back on the property. The famous beach "Golden Horn" of Bol is only a few minutes walk, in the center you walk about 10 minutes through the middle of the neighboring hotel.
