This recently completely renovated holiday home on the island of Brač is located in Bol, embedded in a 10,000 m² olive grove, and offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the island of Hvar. The house is situated quietly, secluded and completely fenced, so that dogs can also roam freely.
The ground floor house is air-conditioned and offers space for up to 4 people. The living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, dining area, satellite TV and free WiFi. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a separate children's room with a bunk bed provides additional comfort.
The 25 m² terrace, partially covered, is equipped with an outdoor grill, sun loungers, a parasol, and a summer kitchen with a washing machine. From here, you can enjoy an unobstructed panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding island and mountain landscape. The house is barrier-free accessible.
A few minutes' walk from the famous "Golden Horn" beach, you can reach the town centre of Bol in about 10 minutes on foot. On the property, the owners provide their own homemade olive oil, herbal liqueur, and wine.
End cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, internet (WiFi), baby cot and tourist tax are included in the price. Pets are allowed and will be charged a small additional fee. Air conditioning is included. The holiday home is ideally suited for families, couples or guests who want to combine peace, nature and a beach holiday.
