The accommodation spans three floors and offers modern comfort in a stylish atmosphere on approximately 90 m² of living space. The highlight is the spacious, furnished terrace with a private freshwater pool of 30 m², sun loungers, lounge furniture and a barbecue area – ideal for relaxed hours under the sun with a view of the sea and the town.

On the ground floor, there is an air-conditioned living kitchen with a dining table for 4-6 people, a fully equipped kitchen line including dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine, as well as TV and DVD equipment. Two bedrooms offer comfortable beds, air conditioning and each has its own bathroom with a shower. On the top floor, you can enjoy the magnificent sea view from your private balcony. A child's bed and a high chair are available upon request, a washing machine and internet access are available. Pets are not allowed. Parking spaces for up to three vehicles are available on site.

The location combines tranquillity and proximity to the centre: The pebble beach with clear water is just 300 metres away, and the restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and picturesque harbour within walking distance invite you to stroll and make culinary discoveries. Boat trips, water sports, hikes and numerous activities in the surrounding area provide variety. Whether a romantic break, family holiday or active holiday – here you can enjoy the Mediterranean flair to the fullest.

Additional equipment such as bicycles or boats can be used upon request and for a fee. All ancillary costs for final cleaning, electricity, water, heating, bed linen, towels and the use of the pool are included in the price, as well as the tourist tax.

This recently completely renovated holiday home on the island of Brač is located in Bol, embedded in a 10,000 m² olive grove, and offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the island of Hvar. The house is situated quietly, secluded and completely fenced, so that dogs can also roam freely.

The ground floor house is air-conditioned and offers space for up to 4 people. The living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, dining area, satellite TV and free WiFi. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a separate children's room with a bunk bed provides additional comfort.

The 25 m² terrace, partially covered, is equipped with an outdoor grill, sun loungers, a parasol, and a summer kitchen with a washing machine. From here, you can enjoy an unobstructed panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding island and mountain landscape. The house is barrier-free accessible.

A few minutes' walk from the famous "Golden Horn" beach, you can reach the town centre of Bol in about 10 minutes on foot. On the property, the owners provide their own homemade olive oil, herbal liqueur, and wine.

End cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, internet (WiFi), baby cot and tourist tax are included in the price. Pets are allowed and will be charged a small additional fee. Air conditioning is included. The holiday home is ideally suited for families, couples or guests who want to combine peace, nature and a beach holiday.
