Welcome to this beautiful, rustic, country-style holiday home, located high above the popular holiday resort of 'Bol' on the island of Brac. Nestled in a lush olive grove, this property offers breathtaking views of the sea and the neighboring island of Hvar. The fully enclosed property with walls and fences 1-2 meters high creates a private oasis of peace and security.
This charming house consists of 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Families with up to 2 children in particular can enjoy a relaxing time here. The house is characterized by an exposed outdoor space that offers an all-round panoramic view - a true dream for every vacationer. Thanks to the secluded location, there are no disturbing noises and your privacy is guaranteed as there are no neighboring houses or roads nearby.
For our little guests there is a swing and a small pool on the property. The lovingly designed interior of the house contains numerous details that are reminiscent of bygone times. The famous 'Golden Horn' beach in Bol is just a few minutes' walk away, and the center can be reached in about 15-20 minutes on foot.
The holiday home offers a living space of around 65 m² on a 500 m² plot, surrounded by a beautiful olive grove. Amenities include a parking space, bed linen and towels provided, digital satellite TV, WiFi, air conditioning, a washing machine and an outdoor grill with a large dining table - perfect for cozy barbecue evenings in the open air.

Beautiful recently renovated holiday cottage with large covered terrace located in the famous resort of "Bol" on the island of Brac, surrounded by 10,000 m² of lush olive groves with breathtaking views of the sea and the opposite island of Hvar. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The small, typical Dalmatian holiday house with beautiful garden and private pool is located in a quiet, exposed hillside above the famous resort "Bol" on the island of Brac. The house is surrounded by a lush olive grove with breathtaking views of the sea, the Golden Horn and the opposite island of Hvar.
In typical Dalmatian style, the outdoor area is kept. Here stands the outdoor grill and the monolithic stone dining table. A pergola-like wooden construction spans the outdoor terrace, which in the summer carries a shady plant roof. The newly landscaped pool with a terrace, it can relax with a beautiful view of the sea, a glass of wine and a good book wonderful. The garden area, where many olive trees feel comfortable, offers children and 4-legged players enough space to play and play.
In addition to the beautiful living room with kitchen and counter, the house offers two separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one per bedroom). The amenities of the house also include a washing machine, dishwasher, 2 air conditioners (one per room), Internet (Wi-Fi), 2 flat-screen TVs with satellite channels (one per room). Upon request, breakfast can be served on the terrace for a surcharge.
