Here you will find a lawn, sun terrace, sun loungers, parasols, fruit and vegetable beds, as well as a summer kitchen with a grill. A private freshwater swimming pool and a whirlpool (jacuzzi) complete the outdoor area.
The villa spans three floors and features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, the accommodation offers satellite/cable TV, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and all necessary kitchen appliances. A fireplace in the living area ensures cosy evenings.
The 15 m² balcony on the north side is partially covered and equipped with a table, chairs, awning, and sun loungers. The bedrooms are comfortably furnished and offer double beds, wardrobes, mirrors, and in one room an additional table with chairs.
The holiday home is located idyllically in Montrin, surrounded by greenery, but only a few minutes by car from the coastal towns of the Adriatic. The beach is about 4 km away, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping opportunities are nearby.
Leisure activities include boat trips, bicycle rental, high ropes course, mountain biking, Aqua Park, wine tasting, golf, horse riding and go-karting. Children can find entertainment through board games and toys on site.
Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, pool and hot tub use, internet, electricity, water, gas, heating, baby cot, bicycles, kitchen towels, and interim cleaning. A deposit will be refunded upon departure.

House was nice, very quiet erea, nice neighbours and it is a very safe place. The play room is very nice for kids.
It had no freezer in the kitchen, no all bikes are available and the hotbad was not like what we had expected. Tv was no signal for otsee more
