The top floor impresses with a spacious roof terrace, which is equipped with sun loungers, a dining table, a summer kitchen and a private grill. Grape vines provide welcome shade and create an idyllic ambience.
The apartment is located directly by the sea, just a few steps from the beach, and offers sea views from the balcony and roof terrace. Parking spaces are available in front of the house, and a boat mooring in the small harbour can be used for an additional fee. The well-maintained garden is laid out with Mediterranean plants and fruit trees and invites you to relax.
