This newly built holiday home on the island of Ist offers space for up to 10 people on 175 m² and is located just 35 metres from the sea. With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a cosy living room, it is ideal for families or groups of friends. From the living room, you can access a large terrace with seating furniture and a private barbecue area. A special highlight is the spacious play and leisure area for children on the upper floor. The house is fully air-conditioned.
The spacious garden area invites you to relax and offers plenty of space for activities. Pets are not allowed, a baby cot can be provided upon request. Bed linen and towels are available.
The island of Ist, located off the Dalmatian coast, is an idyllic retreat with a relaxed atmosphere. It is surrounded by smaller islands and cliffs and is known for sport fishing and diving. Shopping opportunities, restaurants, cafés, a sandy beach with natural shade, and medical care are within walking distance.
