Description
This spacious holiday home directly on the sea offers space for up to six people and is the ideal choice for families or friends who want to spend a relaxed holiday in Northern Dalmatia. The accommodation has three comfortable bedrooms – two with double beds and one with two single beds – as well as a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The bright living area is air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV.
The highlight of the house is the 40 m² balcony with a breathtaking sea view, covered and equipped with its own grill, dining table and sun loungers. Here you can enjoy the sun undisturbed or prepare meals outdoors together. A private parking space for three vehicles is available directly at the house. A baby bed can be provided upon request.
The holiday home is located just a few steps from the gravel beach, making swimming, sunbathing and water sports easily accessible. The surrounding area also offers numerous leisure activities such as boat trips, windsurfing, diving or kayaking. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafés can be reached within a few minutes, the town centre is located approximately six kilometres away.
The garden and terrace of the house invite you to relax. A boat mooring is available upon request, as well as a trailer parking space. Bed linen, towels, electricity, water, and final cleaning are included in the price. Chargeable services such as the use of the boat mooring or additional amenities are available separately.
