The villa is located in an idyllic, quiet environment on a spacious, completely fenced plot of 20,000 m² and features a private pool, a lawn, sun terraces, a tennis court, and children's play facilities.
The villa has four individually designed bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and terrace or balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers enough space for cooking and eating together. A spacious living area with fireplace, TV room, social rooms and tavern ensures cosy hours. A covered terrace and an open grill fireplace expand the possibilities for outdoor meals.
The equipment includes air conditioning, underfloor heating, WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, mini safe, high chair and baby bed. Bed linen, towels, parasols and loungers are available. Pets are not allowed.
In the surrounding area, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and leisure activities such as hiking, cycling tours, water sports, boat rental, and wine tasting are easily accessible. An airport transfer can be arranged upon request.
Included in the price are air conditioning, heating, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, internet, pool usage, baby cot, high chair, registration and deregistration fees, as well as the use of the communal washing machine and dryer. Additional costs may be incurred for interim cleaning, pool heating, and airport transfer.
