PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The beautiful pool house is located in Istria in the resort Labin and is about 4km from the sea.

The villa is rented for 8 persons. The pool house has Wi-Fi Internet, private parking, satellite TV, air conditioning, underfloor heating, washing machine, dishwasher, a furnished terrace or balcony, a kitchen and a private bathroom.

The house offers its guests a yard / garden use, a barbecue, an airport shuttle, sunbathing area, sun terrace, garden terrace, parasols, sun loungers, table tennis, outdoor shower, trampoline, TV room and a fireplace room.

Bed linen, mini safe, high chair, cot, iron, vacuum cleaner and towels are provided. Pets are not allowed.

 

Swimming pool - Swimming pool heating is available upon request and at an additional cost. For more information, send us an inquiry before booking. NOTE: The pool heating loses its efficiency if the outside night temperature falls below 15 C.

DESCRIPTION OF THE RENTAL UNIT

Villa is characterised by its maximum comfort and equipment. Its interior is eclectic;

a combination of antique furnishings with modern and contemporary, which enriches its unique personality and style. Neutral, earthy shades, natural fabrics, stone, wood, pictures and tapestry of the local artists contribute to the creation of a relaxing atmosphere and authenticity.

BEDROOMS

Villa has 4 bedrooms. Each of them is fully personalised and has a different name. The bedroom which is on the ground floor got the family's nickname. The bedroom is distinguished by an elegant combination of white and creamy shades. All other rooms are located on the first floor. 

Bedroom Flacius got the name after the Latin translation of the family's surname Vlačić. It is a very attractive classical room in the colours of love and the spirit Eros. Bedroom Dorsi is intense, characteristic and romantic with its terrace in the east and view of the gardens and orchard. Bedroom Sveti Duh got the old, original name of the location where it was built. This bedroom celebrates the lightness of being, freshness and liveliness. It has a beautiful terrace with a view of the south-west, where the swimming pool, tennis court and woods are.

KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM

Classical kitchen in massive wood, vanilla colour, equipped with all the necessary appliances will enable you to prepare meals from the freshly picked fruits and vegetables from the garden. A big massive wooden table with wooden chairs for ten persons will enable you to have meals all together and hang out at the same time.

SITTING ROOM

The sitting room is characterised by pure lines, simplicity and contemporary style. It is next to a big and modern fireplace; perfect place for reading, relaxing by the fire, watching TV or DVDs or even listening to music. The sitting room is adorned with the paintings made by the local academic artists thus conferming an authentic story about Labin as an oasis and inspiration for numerous artists.

TAVERN

At cold nights, we recommend you to hang out by the classical fireplace, near the swimming pool and terrace. In this rustic, Istrian tavern with a fireplace you can prepare meals, have a glass of wine and enjoy a relaxing, friendly atmosphere.

COVERED TERRACE WITH SWIMMING POOL

Spacious, covered terrace with elegant garden furniture in a shade of a hundred-year-old oak is a step from the swimming pool which trickles down the rock like a waterfall.

OPEN FIREPLACE WITH BARBECUE

Open fireplace for barbecuing is placed in the corner of the covered terrace, near the pool. This arrangement provides a continuous stay to the guests as well as dining outdoors, in the open air.
