Particularly inviting is the large covered terrace with a grill and lounge furniture, which directly leads into the garden with a pool. Two private parking spaces, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, and dishwasher are of course part of the equipment.
Just 300 metres from the sea, you can reach various beaches within a few minutes – from child-friendly sandy and pebble coves to natural rocky beaches with crystal-clear water. Shade-providing pine forests and safe bathing areas make Lukoran an ideal place for families with children.
The environment offers variety in addition to peace and nature: Numerous restaurants pamper you with freshly caught fish and Dalmatian specialities. In just a few minutes, you can reach picturesque places like Preko, Kali or Sutomiščica. Thanks to the ferry connection to Zadar, you can set off on an excursion to the historic coastal town with its sights, markets and Mediterranean flair at any time.

Das Haus entspricht 1:1 den Bildern. Wir waren mit sieben Personen da. Mein Mann und ich haben im Erdgeschoss auf der Schlafcouch geschlafen. Durch einen Topper war diese sehr bequem. Die Fenster im OG sind zusätzlich mit einem Fliegengitterrollo aussee more

Die Fenster im OG sind zusätzlich mit einem Fliegengitterrollo ausgestattet. Alle Wohnräume verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Der Pool hat herrliches Salzwasser und wurde vom Vermieter während unseres 9-tägigen Aufenthalts 1x gereinigt.
Die Bucht ist in knapp 5min zu Fuß erreichbar und ist sehr idyllisch. Wenig Touristen. Klares wundervolles Wasser. Der Vermieter war extrem hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. |

Das Haus hatte alles zu bieten. Wunderschönes Haus mit sehr schönen Möbel.
Pool wurde auch sofort gereinigt wenn was war. Pool war ebenfalls Top.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lukoran. Valter and his wife are very welcoming and helpful. The house is located in a calm neighbourhood close to the little harbour and town centre of Lukoran. Our favourite beach was in Muline, blue water and rocks, 5see more
We really enjoyed our stay in Lukoran. Valter and his wife are very welcoming and helpful. The house is located in a calm neighbourhood close to the little harbour and town centre of Lukoran. Our favourite beach was in Muline, blue water and rocks, 5min drive by car and 5 mins walk. Very beautiful! The beaches in Lukoran are also clean and the water is clear blue. For kids the sandy beach is just perfect. Also the playground right next to the little supermarket is a nice target for a walk from the holiday house. As it is close to Preko you can easily get on the ferry to see the attractions on the Croatian mainland (Zadar, Krka national park). We can definitely recommend staying in Lukoran :)
