This exclusive holiday home on the island of Losinj is located just about 200 metres from the sea and offers space for up to six people.
The 77 m² house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area and a furnished terrace of 24 m² with partial sea view. Air conditioning, heating, WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, sauna and hot tub ensure the highest comfort. Pets are welcome, a baby cot can be provided upon request.
In the outdoor area, there are a garden and sun terrace, a lawn, sun loungers, parasols, a barbecue facility, an outdoor shower, and a children's playground with a slide and swing available. The terrace is partially covered and offers a private grill.
For relaxed moments, the house offers a private freshwater pool (3 × 8 m) and a sauna as well as a hot tub. Two private parking spaces are available.
The location in Mali Lošinj enables numerous activities: water sports, boat trips, diving, snorkelling, jet skiing, cycling tours or mini golf. Restaurants, supermarkets, doctors and the town centre are in the immediate vicinity, the airport is approximately 100 km away.

Preveč natrpan objekt z raznimi odvečnimi (okrasnimi) predmeti, ki jemljejo prostor. Čistoča je povprečna, okolica bi lahko bila boljše urejena. Dostop do nastanitve je tudi dokaj neroden...

Vernachlässiges Haus mit viel Potential

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Haus verbracht.
Der Garten war toll, groß mit vielen Bäumen, Schatten.
Der Pool war groß, leider hat sich keiner um den gekümmert. Nur ein Mal nach Aufforderung würde ein Sauger eingesetzt.

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Haus verbracht.
Der Garten war toll, groß mit vielen Bäumen, Schatten. Der Pool war groß, leider hat sich keiner um den gekümmert. Nur ein Mal nach Aufforderung würde ein Sauger eingesetzt. Leider viel zu kurz, hat nicht mal die Hälfte aufgenommen. Es gab einen Fänger, der hatte Löcher, kamm alles wieder raus. Die Stühle am Tisch draußen- eine Schande. Wir haben die vom Haus rausgebracht. Drinnen, das Haus war nur noch schlimmer. Alles komplett verdreckt. Nicht mal der Fußboden wurde ordentlich gereinigt. Geschweige von Schränken, die noch teilweise voll waren mit Gegenständen / Müll. In der Küche kaum Platz für unsere Utensilien. Schränke voll mit unnuzbarem Zeug. Aber keine 5 gleiche Gläser. Kann gerne Fotos als Beweis stellen. Toll war die Lage, wirklich kleiner Weg, 200 m zu dem schönen Valdarke Srand. Der Weg wäre noch kürzer, hätte man das Tor hinter dem Haus repariert statt den zu versperen. Man merkt das sich die Eigentümer nicht wirklich um das Haus kümmern, schade, Potenzial wäre da. |
