This cosy holiday home in Miholašćica on the island of Cres offers the ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday. Spread over two floors, you have around 65 m² of living space as well as a private outdoor area with a terrace and garden – perfect for families, couples or small groups.
On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, a large bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there is a bright living space with a cosy sofa (foldable for two people), satellite TV, and a traditional stove. A second bedroom with a double bed completes the sleeping arrangements. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, a wardrobe, and blackout options for restful sleep.
The terrace with seating options and sun loungers invites you to relaxed hours outdoors. A grill and the small garden round off the ambience. From the house, it is only a few steps to the sea with its child-friendly pebble beaches and crystal-clear water. Other beaches with rocks or bathing plateaus are also within walking distance.
The house is fully equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, heating and modern kitchen utensils such as microwave, espresso machine, filter coffee maker and toaster. Two parking spaces (one of which is covered) are available directly at the property. Pets are welcome (for a fee).
In the neighbouring Martinscica, boat trips are offered, and a boat mooring for small boats (up to approx. 5 m) is available upon request directly at the holiday home (for a fee). This allows guests to explore the Kvarner Bay from the water.
Miholašćica itself is a quiet, authentic place without mass tourism. Restaurants, cafés, a small supermarket and a church are located in the immediate vicinity and give the place its special charm. Hiking, cycling, snorkelling or diving - the surroundings offer numerous opportunities for active and relaxing holiday days.

Behagliches Haus, nah am Strand, tolle Restaurants, gleich um die Ecke einkaufen. Die einzige Unannehmlichkeit ist, dass der Pride direkt an der Straße liegt, die die einzige Verbindung zum nächsten Dorf ist, also stießen Autos auf unsere Türen, aber der Verkehr war nicht so groß. Wir hatten hier einen schönen Urlaub mit 2 kleinen Kindern und einem Hund.

It is a very nice little apartment, very close to two beaches with easy access to clean sea and they are not crowded even in the peak of the season.
The miholašćica is a small quiet town, great for vacationing with small children.

- Terrassenstühle müssten erneuert werden - Asiatische Tigermücken (wir sind leider die ersten Tage komplett zerstochen worden) hier helfen nur diese Räucherspiralen und viel Autan! |

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, sehr netter Vermieter, sehr guter Service! Super Lage zum schönen Strand, 2 Restaurants mit vorzüglicher Küche in der Nähe sowie Supermark. Die direkte Lage an der Durchgangsstraße ist zunächst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Da aber in der Kurve sehr langsam gefahren werden muss, war es letzendlich kein Problem!

Hezká lokalita, jen několik desítek metrů k čisté pláži. Domek krásně zařízen s malou předzahrádkou, terasou a grilem. Vše čisté. Velmi příjemný a vstřícný majitel. 2 minuty od vynikající restaurace, 10 minut pěšky do obchodu.

Vstup z branky přímo na silnici. Ta je také trochu slyšet. Domek je vlastně dvojdomkem rozděleným plotem a přepážkou na terase. My zde byli většinu pobytu sami, ale když na druhé terase sedí jiní hosté, je to slyšet, jako kdyby seděli s vámi. Antworten |

Sehr, sehr netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter, spricht sehr gut Deutsch! Das Haus ist alt, aber gut in Schuss. Alles was benötigt wird findet sich im Haus. Einzig die Kaffeemaschine brauchte ewig für eine Kanne Kaffee. Der Vermieter versprach jedoch eine neue zu besorgen. Neu überdachte Terrasse. :-) Mülltrennung - finde ich persönlich super, da längst überfällig!
Lage zwar an der Dorfstrasse (stört nicht, nachts so gut wie kein Verkehr) aber dafür zum herrlichen Kiesstrand nur ca. 100m über einen geteerten Fußweg. Ein mega gutes Restaurant (besonders Fischgerichte!) in ca. 150m Entfernung, Preise ok. Kleiner Supermarkt in ca. 500m Entfernung, der das Wichtigste im Sortiment hat. Zum nächsten Ort Martinscica, einem netten malerischen, kleinen Dorf nur ein paar Kilometer. Hier befinden etliche gute Restaurants und eine Wechselstube. Wir waren begeistert und hatten einen herrlichen Urlaub. |

Das Häuschen liegt direkt an der kleinen Dorfhauptstr., stört aber überhaupt nicht. Sehr ruhig. Direkt gegenüber, kleiner kurzer Weg zum Meer mit Steinstrand wie meist in Kroatien. 300m weiter, 2. Zugang zum Meer mit netter schattiger Bodega. Kleines Restaurant unweit vom Haus. Zum kleinen Supermarkt/Bäcker kann man zufuss gehen, ist aber ein kleines Stück. Für Leute die die Individualität suchen, Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit mögen optimal. Auch das Haus, sehr sauber, alles da was man braucht und bei Fragen sehr freundliche Vermieter die auch Deutsch sprechen. Wir kommen sicher wieder! ****
