The house offers space for up to four people on 50 m² and combines rural charm with modern comfort. It features a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. The highlight is the spacious terrace with a jacuzzi, where you can relax after a day at the sea and enjoy the view of the greenery.
The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle leaves nothing to be desired. Additional equipment includes air conditioning, washing machine, barbecue area, satellite TV and two private parking spaces on the fenced property.
In just a 10-minute drive, you will reach the beaches and the crystal-clear sea of the island of Rab. In the surrounding area, you will find charming coastal towns, historic old towns, and numerous opportunities for swimming, walking, cycling, or enjoying the local cuisine.
Those who appreciate regional products can purchase organically grown vegetables and olive oil from their neighbours. For guests with a boat, a berth and a parking space for the trailer are available (after prior consultation, possibly for a fee).
Pets are welcome.
