The heart of the house is the spacious outdoor area with a private pool, partially covered terrace, lounge furniture, sun loungers and a summer kitchen with a grill, ideal for relaxed hours under the sun or romantic evenings with a view of the glittering sea and the opposite island of Hvar.
On the ground floor, you will find a modern, air-conditioned living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen area, dining area and TV couch. A bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom/WC as well as direct access to the pool terrace provides additional comfort. On the upper floor, there are two more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning and SAT TV. A child's bed and high chair are available if needed. Washing machine and dishwasher are available, pets are not allowed.
The holiday home is located in a central yet quiet location in Murvica. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and the picturesque harbour with gastronomic offerings are just a few minutes' walk away. The pebble beach is only 150 m away, ideal for bathing pleasures, snorkelling and water sports activities. Optionally, a boat can be rented, allowing you to comfortably explore the coast and island world. The surroundings invite you to go hiking, wine tasting and active holiday experiences, while you can enjoy the sunset by the pool in the evening.
