This exclusive pool house in Nedescina, Istria, offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The holiday home for up to eight people is located on a quiet hillside, surrounded by lush greenery, and only about six kilometres from the sea. The private outdoor pool with sun loungers and parasols, as well as the barbecue area on the spacious, furnished terrace, invite you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. Two provided bicycles also enable small excursions in the surrounding area.
The house extends over two floors and has four air-conditioned bedrooms, four bathrooms, and an open kitchen, living, and dining area. The modern equipment includes a fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, and kettle. The living area is equipped with SAT TV, DVD and Blu-ray player, and a games console. For additional comfort, a washing machine, heating, and Wi-Fi are available. Pets are welcome, and two private parking spaces are located directly at the house.
The environment offers numerous leisure opportunities: Water sports, boat trips, diving, snorkelling, kayaking, windsurfing and wakeboarding are accessible within a few kilometres. Mountain biking, walks in nature, excursions to national parks and family-friendly leisure parks also ensure varied holiday days. Supermarkets, restaurants and the town centre are conveniently accessible, so you have all amenities nearby.

Our stay was perfect. We enjoyed our time at the pool and the very peaceful area. The house was very tidy and clean and had everything we wished for. Our favourite parts were the BBQ area and pool. We can recommend staying here if you want to relax asee more
Our stay was perfect. We enjoyed our time at the pool and the very peaceful area. The house was very tidy and clean and had everything we wished for. Our favourite parts were the BBQ area and pool. We can recommend staying here if you want to relax and enjoy the Croatian summer. It is very quiet with a nice little old town (Labin) and the beach 15-25 min away.
