This lovingly restored holiday home in the style of the 30s is located just 40 metres from the main beach in Omis and 50 metres from the Cetina River where it flows into the sea. Offering space for up to nine guests on 80 m², the accommodation combines rustic charm with modern amenities. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious kitchen-living area with dining area and living room, as well as a larger bathroom with washing machine. On the sun terrace, you can use the movable grill and enjoy cosy meals outdoors.
On the upper floor, there are three double rooms, an additional bathroom, and air conditioning in all rooms ensures comfort in every season. Handmade furniture and white, hand-woven bed linen give the house a unique atmosphere. Other features include WiFi, satellite TV, dishwasher, and a safe. Free parking is available nearby.
The location is ideal for a relaxed beach holiday: sandy and pebble beaches are just a few steps away, restaurants, cafés and supermarkets are located in the immediate vicinity. Water sports, rafting, diving, kayaking and numerous leisure activities are possible directly on site or in close proximity. The central location also allows quick access to attractions, nature parks and cultural offerings in the surrounding area.

Wonderful location, its in the centre of Omis but very quite. The beach is right across the street which is very needy when having babies. It is also easy to get around with baby stroller.
