This typical Dalmatian stone house is located in the charming fishing village of Pisak between Omiš and Makarska – just around 40 kilometres from Split. The lovingly restored holiday home is situated in the second row from the sea, surrounded by old stone houses and winding alleys, directly next to the historic village church of Saint Marcus. Two cosy restaurants are just around the corner at the small harbour, and the sea is only about 30 metres away.
The three-storey house offers space for up to six people on around 120 m² and is ideal for families or small groups. It features two separate studios on the upper floors, each with its own terrace, as well as a bedroom and a spacious living kitchen on the ground floor. From the attic, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.
On the ground floor, there is a 24 m² bedroom with access to the garden, a bathroom, and a rustic living kitchen with natural stone walls, dining table, dishwasher, oven, and large refrigerator. Stairs lead from here to the two studios on the upper and attic floors.
The studio on the first floor is 22 m² large, offers a cosy double bed, a small kitchenette with cooker, refrigerator, crockery and kettle as well as an 11 m² large terrace. The studio in the attic has air conditioning, satellite TV and a terrace with a magnificent sea view.
The house comes with an approximately 200 m² outdoor area with a well-maintained garden, barbecue facilities, and seating areas in the shade. Two free parking spaces are available around 60 metres away. WiFi is available throughout the house, and the friendly landlords in the neighbouring house speak German and English.
The next pebble beach is located approximately 100 metres away, with further bathing bays and fine-grained pebble beaches reachable within a few minutes' walk. The surroundings are ideal for hiking, boat trips and water sports. Nearby activities such as diving, kayaking, jet skiing, rafting or canyoning are offered.
