In the dining and living area, an eight-person dining table, SAT-TV, corner sofa, coffee table, hi-fi system, and air conditioning are available.
The house offers two balconies, an open and a covered terrace, a private outdoor pool, a summer kitchen with a grill, and a courtyard. Two private parking spaces are available. In the outdoor area, there is a sun terrace, sun loungers, parasols, and shaded areas, ideal for relaxation or shared activities.
The location is central: restaurants, shops and the city centre are just a few minutes away, the beach is 150 m away. The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities such as hiking, water sports, tennis, paintball, bicycle rental and cultural offerings.
