Es handelt sich hier um ein sehr schöne Holzhaus in dem man sich wohl fühlt. Es liegt etwas abseits im Wald und ist daher sehr ruhig gelegen. Für Familien ist das Haus im Somme ideal. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herlich und versucht nach ihren Möglichkeiten Probleme sofort zu lösen.
Leider ist einiges nicht klar ersichtlich, was wir als negativ bewerten müssen: Die Angabe der Adresse ist auf booking,com nicht komplett, so das wir in der Annahme waren die Unterkunft liegt in Rakovica. Das Haus liegt abseits 6 km außerhalb von Rakovica mit anderer Ortsangabe. Zudem ist bei booking.com das Zentrum mit 150 m angegeben. Dies stimmt nicht mal annähernd. Ebenso finden wir die Angabe der gesprochenen Sprachen bei booking.com übertrieben!!! Die Vermieterin (Italienerin) spricht nur wenige Wörter Deutsch und Englisch. Bei Fragen verwendet sie ihr Handy mit GoogleÜbersetzer, wodurch der Inhalt der Frage oder Antwort völlig verfälscht wird. Ebenso wäre es vielleicht gut den Holzofen in der Ausschreibung zu erwähnen, denn nicht jeder mag es am morgen zum Heizen den Ofen anzuschüren, wenn dieser am Abend auch eine wunderschöne Stimmung vermittelt. WLAN ging bei uns kaum bis gar nicht. Und dennoch ein tolles Haus mit einer herzlichen Vermieterin! |

Die Hütte ist recht neu. Alles war super sauber und gepflegt. Für einen Kurzurlaub mit Abstecher nach Plitvicka ideal. Es war absolut ruhig. Die Hütte ligt ca. 2Km von der Hauptstraße entfernt. Man hört nix, außer die Natur :-)
