The ground floor opens onto a spacious 50 m² south-facing terrace with a private grill, dining table for five people, sun loungers, and direct access to the garden, surrounded by meadows, fruit trees, and forests.
The house combines traditional charm with modern comfort: thick stone walls, wooden floors, air conditioning and high-quality ecological materials ensure a cosy atmosphere. Children's rooms and living area on the upper floor invite playing, reading and relaxing, while the equipment with washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle makes the stay particularly pleasant.
The location of the house is idyllic and secluded, yet restaurants, supermarkets and the village centre are just a few minutes away. The nearest beach is about 35 km away, ideal for day trips to the sea.
