The exclusive villa "Tri Porte" is located in a quiet, hidden bay on the south side of the Dalmatian island of Korcula, surrounded by untouched nature, old pine forests and olive groves. The villa accommodates up to 7 people and features a private pool, garden area with Mediterranean vegetation, sun loungers and a direct view of the sea and bay. A rocky private beach is directly accessible.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for one person, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a spacious living kitchen with a corner fireplace, fully equipped kitchen area, dishwasher, and dining area for up to 6 people. From here, you can directly access the pool.
In the air-conditioned upper floor, there are two additional bedrooms - one with a double bed, one with two single beds - each with its own bathroom/WC, a large living kitchen with a dining table for up to 8 people, as well as two terraces, one covered and one open south terrace with access from the living area and bedrooms. One bathroom is equipped with a comfortable bathtub, and a washing machine is also available.
The villa offers three bathrooms, a hallway with a cloakroom, a storage room, satellite TV, WiFi, hi-fi and DVD system, as well as high chair and cot on request. Pets are welcome. Parking spaces for up to three cars are located directly at the property.

This secluded holiday home on the island of Korčula, 4 km west of Vela Luka, offers space for up to 9 people on 2 floors and is ideal for guests looking for a quiet, nature-oriented holiday directly by the sea. The house consists of two separate living units that are only rented together. The upper floor has been recently renovated and offers modern comfort, while the ground floor is more reminiscent of a Robinson Crusoe house.
Both apartments have a kitchen-diner, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large terrace with sea view. The solar-powered electricity connection (12V/220V) ensures independent energy supply. The equipment includes gas cookers, refrigerators, freezer compartments and filter coffee machines. Washing machine, dishwasher, oven or air conditioning are not available.
Directly in front of the house lies a gravel beach that can be used almost privately, with loungers and parasols. A small boat up to 3-4 m in length can be moored at the house's own jetty. Pets are welcome (max. 1 small animal).
The spacious property (approx. 1,000 m²) offers sun terraces, lounge furniture, a barbecue fireplace, shaded areas, and a summer kitchen. Parking spaces are available directly at the house.
