This exclusive pool house in Vrbnik on the island of Krk offers space for up to six people on 60 m² and is located just 300 m from the sea. The accommodation is surrounded by plenty of greenery and offers privacy in a quiet location, while the town centre is just a few minutes' walk away. Pets are welcome, and an airport transfer can be organised.
The holiday home has two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms (one with a shower and washing machine, one with a shower) and a spacious living area with an integrated kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, electric stove, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, cookware and cutlery. Two sofa beds offer additional sleeping spaces, TV (SAT, LCD) and air conditioning provide comfort.
In the outdoor area, a 9×4 m freshwater pool with a sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols awaits you. The garden with fruits and vegetables, a children's playground (trampoline), as well as table tennis and basketball opportunities invite you to leisure activities. Barbecue facilities are also available.
Parking spaces for four cars are directly available at the house. The holiday accommodation is ideally suited for families, couples or groups who wish to combine relaxation and activities.
