Private guest room in the attic of a Dalmatian holiday home - ideal for two people looking for peace, sea view and proximity to the beach. Only about 500 metres separate you from the nearest beach, while the centre of Bol and the famous Zlatni Rat beach are comfortably within walking distance at around 1.4 to 1.7 kilometres away.
The approximately 16 m² room is air-conditioned and features a double bed, satellite TV, and a small fridge. The sun-protected south-facing balcony with a magnificent view of the sea invites relaxation - whether during breakfast or in the evening with a glass of wine. Upon request, a kettle and a filter coffee machine are provided. The modern bathroom with a shower is located directly in the room. A communal washing machine is available for use at the landlord's premises.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, a private parking space is located directly at the house. Pets are not allowed. The accommodation is particularly suitable for couples who appreciate a well-maintained, quiet atmosphere and yet want to reach all the amenities of the popular holiday destination Bol on foot.
In the outdoor area of the house, you can expect a Mediterranean garden with shady seating areas as well as a communally usable summer kitchen with grilling facilities. The hosts also offer products from their own production such as wine and liqueur - partially for a fee.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Cozy property in a quiet but central location in Bol on the island of Brac. The beautiful little stone house is located in the middle of a fenced private property with many Mediterranean plants and flowers. The friendly landlords live on the 1st floor while 3 apartments and a guest room are available for rent on the ground floor. In front of the house there is a large garden area with various terraces available to guests, so that each rental unit has its own space in the garden. There is also the option to use the large brick outdoor grill. Children are allowed to move and play freely on the fully fenced property. There is also a free private parking space on the property.
All rental units have separate outside access. The amenities of all rental units also include satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. One small dog up to a maximum of 10kg is permitted per apartment, provided they are well trained. The landlord's washing machine can be used by arrangement.
It is only about 150m to the center of Bol. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarket, post office, pharmacy, doctor, etc. here.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
This well-maintained holiday home in typical Dalmatian style is located in the well-known resort BOL on the popular holiday island BRAC and offers 4 air-conditioned apartments for 4-5 persons each and 2 guest rooms for 2 persons each on 3 floors. The house is located in a cottage area, a few hundred meters west of the center and port of BOL, and thus only about 1.7 km away from the most famous beach in Croatia, the Golden Horn "- which represents a world uniqueness due to its shape. All apartments and rooms are air-conditioned and have satellite TV. The apartments all have their own washing machine. Only the lower apartment on the garden level has no sea view because the vegetation blocks the view, but it therefore has a very spacious shaded terrace. The 3-storey house has an approximately 350 m² outdoor area on the shady parking, a vegetable garden, a summer kitchen and shady spots to linger and a laundry room. The summer kitchen has a large barbecue that is accessible to all guests. The friendly landlords also offer home-made products such as wine, brandy and a liqueur called "Prosek". Overall, the property is peppered with all sorts of Mediterranean flora. You feel more than just on vacation you might think. The entire tourist infrastructure is located in walking distance with a maximum duration of 5 minutes, whether you want to go to the restaurant, to shop, to the bank, to the post office, to the doctor or to the pharmacy. The picturesque harbor with a wide gastronomic offer and the starting point for many a boat trip are also only 5 minutes away.
