This cosy guest room in a family-run guesthouse in Duce near Omiš is ideal for couples or solo travellers who want to combine proximity to the beach with comfort and a personal atmosphere. The rental unit is located on the second floor and offers a pleasantly designed bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, satellite TV and a private bathroom with shower on around 18 m². From the private, covered balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful, unobstructed view of the sea – perfect for quiet moments in the morning or relaxed evenings after a day at the beach.
The room is bright, well-maintained and functionally furnished, offering everything you need for a relaxing stay. WiFi is available, bed linen and towels are provided. A parking space is located directly at the house. Small pets are allowed after prior consultation, for which an additional fee will be charged. Smoking is not permitted in the room.
The pension itself offers numerous communal areas that pleasantly complement your stay. These include, among others, a dining room with a bar and fireplace, a covered breakfast terrace, as well as a lounge and games room with billiards, table football, and other leisure opportunities. Breakfast can be taken on-site and is associated with additional costs. The use of the communal washing machine is also possible for a fee.
