The facilities include a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, WiFi and a refrigerator. The modern bathroom is en suite and provides a shower, toilet and hairdryer. Bed linen, towels, an iron and a vacuum cleaner are also available.

In the outdoor area, a small garden with seating and a grill invites communal use. Upon request, guests can use the shared washing machine for a fee. A private parking space is located directly at the house, and public parking spaces are also available nearby. Pets are not permitted.
