Raslina
Sitting on the west bank of the Prokljane Lake is the peaceful fishing village of Raslina. The small resort is in a unique position- surrounded by fascinating nature- because Raslina's location is directly opposite the mouth of the Krka River on the Prokljane Lake. Because of the tides, the fresh water of the Krka River mixes here with the salty waters of the Adriatic. Fishermen take pleasure in the mixture of fresh and salt water since it causes a variety of fish species to thrive here, which are all served up in the local specialties. Away from the big centers like Sibenik and Zadar, Raslina has remained untouched by mass tourism. The tranquil village, therefore, has the best conditions for a relaxing holiday, especially for those seeking relaxation. There are a wide range of sporting activities offered around Krka National Park, such as rafting, hiking or sailing- providing some welcomed variety.
Those looking for relaxation on the beach will get their money's worth here. Visitors with dogs are recommended to head towards the wild beaches lying outside of the town's center. Here, as a rule, dogs are allowed. There are, unfortunately, no official dog beaches in Raslina.
