The apartment offers space for 2 adults and up to 2 children on approx. 37 m² of living space. The open living area combines living, dining and sleeping areas and is equipped with a double bed, a fold-out sofa bed, satellite TV and free WiFi. The small but fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, oven, kettle and filter coffee machine. A bathroom with shower completes the facilities.
Enjoy the sun on the private terrace (5 m²) or use the well-maintained garden with a shady dining area and outdoor grill for cosy evenings with family or friends. Air conditioning, bed linen and towels are included, the use of the communal washing machine is free of charge. Pets are not permitted.
The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area without through traffic, surrounded by plenty of greenery, partially with sea views. You can reach the centre of Baska after approximately a 10-minute walk along the promenade, passing playgrounds, restaurants with outdoor terraces and the historic old town centre.
