The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes' walk from the centre, restaurants, supermarket and the sea. The famous "Golden Horn" beach is approximately 1.5 km away. Guests can use towels, parasol and beach mat for the beach, tickets for the tourist train to the Golden Horn are included, and there are discounts for excursions in the surrounding area. A parking space on the property is also available.
