PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The house with beautiful large garden is located in a quiet and yet central location in the famous holiday and seaside resort "Bol" on the Central Dalmatian island of Brac. 4 apartments for 2-5 persons are rented, including 2 studio apartments. Outside there is a barbecue. In addition to the terraces and balconies, amenities include free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning and 2 of the apartments have a dishwasher. Upon request, breakfast can be ordered for a surcharge. Pet are allowed. Parking is available The arrival and departure can take place in coordination with existing bookings on other days except Saturdays. The friendly landlord living nearby will welcome you personally on the day of arrival. Besides Croatian, German, English and Italian are also spoken. The famous beach "Golden Horn" of Bol is about 10-15 minutes walk. The village center with the picturesque harbor is about 2-3 minutes.

L'appartamento è in un'ottima posizione, vicinissimo al centro di Bol, e consente di raggiungere a piedi entrambe le spiagge principali.
Tuttavia devo osservare che:
- La cucina è molto vecchia e sfornita del necessario, ci sono appena 2 coltelli esee more

Tuttavia devo osservare che: - La cucina è molto vecchia e sfornita del necessario, ci sono appena 2 coltelli e due forchette, una sola padella piccola; - Il frigorifero è vecchio e rumoroso, pertanto disturba il sonno; - Il materasso è molto scomodo, si avvalla da una parte; - La pulizia poteva essere migliore, c'è polvere sui quadri; - La terrazza non garantisce alcuna privacy perché affaccia su un cortile in cui passano diverse persone. |

Monolocale in posizione centrale, a 50 metri dal centro e dalla spiaggia più vicina, Con dieci minuti alla spiaggia del corno d oro. Fornita di frigorifero,bollitore, mini angolo cottura,stoviglie e tutto il necessario per cucinare. Patio fuori con tavolino dove si può pranzare/cenare. Arredamento moderno,pulizia impeccabile. Cambio asciugamani dopo il terzo giorno. Consiglio questo monolocale a chi cerca qualcosa come appoggio in quanto è molto piccolo ma non manca niente!!!:) La persona del check in sempre molto disponibile. Al check in frigorifero abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di acqua e una di birra.
Unica pecca le formiche che entravano nell' appartamento essendo circondato dal verde :) |
