This architecturally beautifully designed, built in 2003 holiday house is located in the popular resort of "Duce", only about 2 km from the nearest major port city of Omis. The house is quite idyllic in the midst of a residential area without through traffic. It is located on a hillside and offers from its terraces and balconies mainly a fantastic sea view. The sea and the sandy beach of Duce are only 2 minutes away. within walking distance or 200 meters away.
There are a total of 10 apartments for 3-7 persons to choose from. The amenities of all apartments include satellite TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. A large, partly shaded parking lot is available to the guests of the house free of charge. The house also offers a well-kept outdoor area with barbecue facilities.
