PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The holiday home with 11 apartments for 2-6 persons is located directly on the most beautiful sandy beach of Duce near Omis. All rental units have a balcony or terrace with stunning sea views, satellite TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and 2 free Liegestühe for the beach directly in front of the house.
You can park your car safely in the free car park next to the house. The house has a beach bar on the ground floor of the house. Here you can also get your breakfast (buffet) on request. During the day and in the evening you can choose from all sorts of refreshments, softdriks, draft beer, cocktails and ice cream cups.
The beach:
Duce and especially the surroundings of the house have one of the few fine sandy beaches on the Croatian Adriatic coast. The beach itself is surrounded by a 15 m wide belt of shady, tall Tamaris trees, which greatly facilitates the habituation to the intense sun in the first days. About another 20 meters of sand then you reach the crystal clear, between 24 and 26 degrees warm water, which is just so inviting for swimming.
The beach is slow, and adults can "walk in" almost 200 meters into the sea before they lose ground under their feet. The shallow waters of the beach make it ideal for children, especially since it is a calm, almost undulating water without any kind of currents near the beach.

Doporučuji. Velmi dobře situovaný dům u moře. Ve spodní části domu je restaurace, kde dobře vaří. Studio pro dva bylo čisté s dělenou kuchyní, kdy dřez je na balkoně. Postele jsou dlouhé a měkké, ale bohužel už vyležené. Klimatizace za poplatek.see more
