The bright, friendly furnished studio is suitable for two to three people and features a double bed and a sofa bed. A compact kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, 2-plate hob, microwave and coffee machine offers everything for preparing small meals. The cosy dining area, satellite TV, WiFi and air conditioning (for a fee) provide additional comfort. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
On the ground floor of the house, there is a beach bar that offers a breakfast buffet in the morning upon request (for a fee). During the day and in the evening, refreshing drinks, cocktails, and small snacks are served here - perfect for relaxed hours directly by the sea. Two free loungers are available to you for the beach in front of the house.
The fine sandy beach is only 10 metres away and is considered one of the most beautiful on the Croatian Adriatic coast. Tamarisks provide pleasant shade, and the gently sloping, crystal-clear water is ideal for families with children.
You can park your car for free and safely directly at the house, a sun-protected parking space is available. In the immediate vicinity, you will find restaurants (50 m), a bakery and a supermarket (300 m), a café (10 m) as well as the charming centre of Omiš, which is only about 1.4 kilometres away.
