DESCRIPTION OF THE RENTAL UNIT

Studio size 35 m2 and terrace 20m2. The studio consists of a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The terrace has a sunny and part in the shade. It is ideal for couples,  and for families with small children because it has a large terrace in front. The room has a large double bed 180-200 and an extra bed 180-130. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains a gas and electric hob. refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric water heater, toaster pans cooking pots and a complete set of plates and cutlery ... In the kitchen there is a table with three chairs. The terrace has 20 m2 in the shade and has a sunny part and a table with chairs. It is surrounded by a garden full of flowers. Parking space which is free is located next to the apartment.
