The studio features a combined living and bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and an extra bed (180 x 130 cm), a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen offers a gas and electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, cooking utensils, and a dining table for two people. Air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, and WiFi provide additional comfort.
The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs and sun lounger and offers direct access to the garden. A parking space at the property is available free of charge. Guests receive a welcome drink and a small gift upon arrival, as well as support with excursions, boat or car rental bookings.
The accommodation is located just 200 m from the sea. Restaurants, supermarkets and cafés are located in the immediate vicinity. Leisure activities include water sports, diving, snorkelling, boat trips, cycling, hiking and cultural experiences.
