Worth highlighting is the large, furnished southwest terrace with 45 m², from which you can enjoy a magnificent sea view. Parasol, table, chairs and a private outdoor grill are available. The 180 m² outdoor area of the house is planted in a Mediterranean style, offers shaded spots, a children's playground with a slide and table tennis possibilities. A car parking space is available directly at the house.
The location convinces through short distances: The clean gravel beach is only 80 m away, a supermarket and a restaurant are located in the immediate vicinity. Dogs are welcome, and there is a bathing opportunity in the direct environment. Omis with its popular 1 km long sandy beach is only 8 km away.
